Anyone who wants a no-fly departure. The Virgin name is familiar enough here to feel local; the ships are not.

What the ships are actually like

A boutique-hotel feel rather than a resort-ship one: creative entertainment, no cover charges across the more-than-20 dining venues (a handful of individual "Treat Yourself" menu items and paid dinner shows are the only extras), and a crowd that skews younger than most of the lines on this site.

The marketing is not exaggerating, which is rarer than it sounds

Most lines oversell the thing that makes them different. This one does not. Zero buffets, zero main dining rooms, and every guest an adult, are not positioning statements to be quietly walked back once you are aboard: they are how the ships are built.
